Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Please include any accessories, documentation, or free gifts that were included with the purchase.

Return Process

Once you have obtained the RAC, carefully package the item(s) and clearly write the RAC on the outside of the package. Ship the item(s) back to us using the provided return shipping label.

Free Return Shipping
